How long does it take to repair devices?

Most devices, depending on extent of damage, usually have a one-day turn around. Local customers minimum time may be a few hours. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will contact you should we need to keep the device longer.

What if my device breaks again?

If the device was previously service by one of Dr.Tronics Repair technicians, we will gladly give you a 10% Discount for being a repeat customer, even if the issue is completely unrelated. If the damage is related to the previous repair, you will need to see the 30-day warranty in order to assure repair procedures and coverage’s.

Why is there a deposit?

Due to a high volume, a deposit is required to reserve a technician for repairs.

What if I change my mind about repair?

If you choose not to repair with us, you will be charged a $25 fee (deposit will not be returned).

This fee can be waived if you device to donate your electronic device to our recycling program.

How do I send you my device?

We highly recommend our customers use a reliable shipping method, which includes both insurance and tracking information through USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Upon repair, we will cover priority-shipping costs back to all customers. We also offer overnight shipping, charged accordingly

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes we offer a 30-day warranty. During this period, Dr. Tronics will repair or replace defective parts without charge to you.
